Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 September 2026

This policy explains what happens to personal information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived, so it is shorter than most and says plainly where a third party is involved.

Who we are

MaverickIgnite Solutions LLP is a limited liability partnership registered under the Government of Karnataka, India, with its registered office at KHB Colony, Kengeri, Bengaluru 560060. We are the data fiduciary for the information described here.

You can reach us at info@maverickignite.com about anything in this policy.

What this policy covers

This policy covers maverickignite.com — this website, the contact form on it, and emails you send to the addresses published on it.

It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of a client while building or running software for them. That is governed by our contract with that client, who remains the data fiduciary for it. If you are a user of a system we built for someone else, their privacy policy applies, not this one.

What we collect

Only what you give us. Specifically:

  • Contact form — your name and work email, which are required; your company and phone number, which are optional; and whatever you write in the message.
  • Email — anything you include when you write to info@, business@ or careers@maverickignite.com.
  • Job applications — the CV, links, portfolio or work history you choose to send us, and our own notes from any interview.
  • Server logs — our hosting provider records ordinary request data such as IP address, browser user-agent and timestamp, as any web server does.

What we do not do

We do not run analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no session recording and no advertising or behavioural tracking. We do not set cookies for any of those purposes, which is why this site has no cookie banner.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Third parties involved

Two services process data on pages you may visit. We name them because you cannot meaningfully consent to something you have not been told about.

  • EmailJS — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Whatever you type into that form passes through their service. If you would rather not use it, email us directly instead; the address is on the contact page.
  • Google Maps — the contact page embeds a map showing our office. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when that embed loads, under Google's own privacy terms rather than ours.
  • Our hosting and email providers, which store the site and the messages you send us.

Why we use it, and on what basis

Enquiries are used to answer you and, if it goes further, to scope and deliver work. Applications are used to assess you for the role you applied for. Server logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

For enquiries and applications, the basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or write to us. For logs and security, it is our legitimate interest in operating the site. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we rely on consent for the purposes stated at the point of collection. Where the GDPR applies because you are in the EU or UK, the bases are consent and legitimate interest as described above.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have context if you come back. Applications are kept for the hiring cycle and, unless you ask otherwise, for a period after it in case something suitable opens. Server logs rotate on our provider's ordinary schedule.

If you want your information deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and requires multi-factor authentication, and we monitor for unauthorised access. We build to the requirements of standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and PCI DSS, though we do not currently hold certification against them — the same statement we make on our About page, for the same reason.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Your rights

Whatever jurisdiction you are in, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information of yours we hold.
  • Correct it if it is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
  • Receive a copy of what you gave us, in a usable format.

Email info@maverickignite.com and we will respond within thirty days. We will not charge you for it and we will not make it difficult.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects information we already hold, contact you about it. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your data.

How to reach us

For anything about this policy, including a complaint about how we have handled your information, write to info@maverickignite.com or to MaverickIgnite Solutions LLP, KHB Colony, Kengeri, Bengaluru 560060, Karnataka, India.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU or UK.
