Data Engineering & Analytics

From scattered data to a straight answer

Most teams don't have a data problem — they have a plumbing problem. The numbers exist, scattered across apps, spreadsheets and third-party tools, and someone spends a day a week stitching them together by hand for a report that's stale before it's read. We build the pipeline that fixes that permanently: sources consolidated, transformations automated, and dashboards your team can trust the moment they open them.

Who this is for: Teams where every report is a manual export and nobody trusts the numbers.

  • Every data source — apps, spreadsheets, third-party tools — flowing into one clean pipeline
  • Dashboards and reports that update in real time instead of a monthly manual export
  • Pipeline architecture built to keep up as data volume and sources grow
  • Analytics tailored to the decisions your team actually needs to make, not vanity metrics
  • ETL
  • Dashboards
  • Warehousing
Data Engineering & Analytics overview

What it covers

What data engineering & analytics means in practice.

  • 01

    Unified Pipelines

Every data source flowing into one clean, reliable pipeline — no more manual joins.

  • 02

    Real-Time Analytics

Dashboards and trends that update as your business moves, not on a monthly cadence.

  • 03

    Built to Scale

Architecture that keeps up as your data volume and source count grow.

What you get

Deliverables, not a status report.

  • One validated pipeline per source, with monitoring and alerting
  • A canonical data model your whole business agrees on
  • Dashboards built for the people who use them, not for IT
  • Freshness and quality checks that fail loudly

What we use

  • ETL
  • Dashboards
  • Warehousing

How it runs

  1. 01

    Read the system

We start on your infrastructure, not a slide. Two weeks mapping what talks to what, where records disagree, and which job everybody is afraid to restart.

  2. 02

Fix the smallest thing that proves it

One module, one integration, one report — shipped to production. You judge us on working software before the scope grows.

  3. 03

    Widen, then hand over

We extend across the remaining systems and write the runbooks as we go. Your team can operate everything we build without calling us.

Questions

How long before we see a dashboard?
Usually three to four weeks. We ship one pipeline end to end before widening, so you are judging working software rather than a plan.
Which warehouse do you use?
Whatever you already have, or PostgreSQL if you have nothing yet. We only recommend a change when the current one is genuinely the bottleneck.

Tell us what is actually breaking.

You will speak to the engineer who would do the work. If data engineering & analytics is not what you need, we will say so.
