Who these terms are with

This site is operated by MaverickIgnite Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under the Government of Karnataka, India, with its registered office at KHB Colony, Kengeri, Bengaluru 560060. “We” and “us” mean that firm; “you” means anyone using this site.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

What this site is

It describes what we do and how to get in touch. It is information, not an offer, a quotation or a contract.

Nothing on it constitutes professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. That begins when we both sign something.

Engagements are governed separately

If you engage us, the scope, price, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties and liability are set by the agreement we sign with you. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement wins for everything to do with the work.

Descriptions of our services and products on this site are illustrative. They do not form part of any contract unless they are written into it.

Our content

The text, design, code, graphics, screenshots and structure of this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and related rights. The MaverickIgnite name and logo, and the names of our products — including DataSense, SupportSense, NotifyBot, MaverickDine, MaverickHR and our school and learning platforms — are our marks.

You may read, print and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell or build a competing offering from this site's content, and you may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests a relationship or endorsement that does not exist.

Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any system connected to it.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation or availability.
• Scrape or harvest the site systematically, including for training a model, without our written permission.
• Send us anything through the contact form that you do not have the right to send, or that is confidential to someone else.

What you send us

Do not send confidential information through the contact form. It is not a secure channel and it passes through a third-party service; if you need to share something sensitive, ask us and we will arrange a suitable route and a confidentiality agreement.

Personal information you send is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Job applications

Applying through this site, or by email, does not create an offer of employment or any obligation on us to respond in a particular way or within a particular time. Material you send as part of an application is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Links and embeds elsewhere

This site links to external sites and embeds a map provided by Google. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Product capabilities, technologies and team details change, and pages may lag behind.

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in relation to the site itself.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This clause concerns the website only — liability for work we perform is set by the agreement covering that work.

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
